This machine offers the best of a studio version with a price tag and upright storage option to fit my home. Easy to set up--I was using it within minutes of removing it from the box. Only wish I had bought it sooner!

I bought these because I already had the shoes from doing in person cycle classes. Since a lot of studios are closed I got a bike for home and wanted the same set up. They work great!

Everything on it is pretty solid and we love the bike but there is a hugely problem and it’s the seat of the bike. It’s very uncomfortable and we had to buy gel to put on top of saddle to gain more comfort. But still it’s not enough.

Bought as replacements for the Peloton, because all of my shoes were SPD clip ins and the residential Peloton only comes with Delta. Use the tools that came with the Peloton to take off the original pedals and it is a very quick process.

I received this product and when I put the pedal on my bike there was a clicking sound/feel in one pedal that just wouldn’t go away. While spinning was willing to send me a new pedal I am returning the product because I do not want to damage my new bike.

This purchase ended up being 100% through 3rd party vendors. Return took a little longer than normal and unfortunately there is a 20% restocking fee through spinning even though I believe there was a problem with one of the pedals.

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is the heart rate sensors on the hand grip are way off and don't show an accurate heart rate - I don't want pay more money and buy the accessory that wraps around your chest to see what my heart rate is.

Attaching the console to the frame was the most differcult because of the small screws and the angle. There must be a better way of manufacturing to make this easier. Also, I resent the iFit membership signup to unlock the console.

I save over $200 buy purchasing this bike from indoor cyclery! That alone is a win. Installation took me about 2 hours but I believe it would have gone faster if I had help. There are a few areas that were hard to access to get the screws into but overall assembly was a breeze.

First, great communication by the seller all through delivery. Bike was fairly easy to put together, few more parts to assemble than envisioned. Connected and activated through an existing iFit account was not as straightforward as the App needs better instructions. Only have had for a short time.so far all has been great and we love the various scenic rides and coaches interactive control function on the bike. Bike is well built, steady, and resistance changes are seamless throughout the ride programs.
