Seat is not as comfortable as hoped for. Fan is load and definitely grinding on something inside the console. Needs a better tablet holder that doesn't block the console screen.

Product was recieved in good order .it is a cool bike but the fan is not working and the seat is a little too short. But overall it was easy to assemble as the bolts were numbered by the step they are used in . And I love the bike .

Received the bike earlier than forecasted (got it before Christmas!). Assembly went well (had to purchase a screw driver with a long shaft, it really is a must toward a solid assembly). Seat back method of attachment did not work. Back not secure, kept falling off; need a bolt with a longer shaft, or bolt with nut/washer(locking). Ended up attaching seat back using my own approach. Seat solid. Machine quiet easy to use effective. iFit app is the bomb!

This is not really a recumbent bike. Although it's not like an actual touring bike where you're hunched over the handle bars, it's not low and your legs are not really out in front as you would expect. I cannot reach the pedals and am 5 ft 4 inches and heavy. The seat is wide enough and has some padding but it is not deep and is uncomfortable. Also the back of the seat sits straight up, is not adjustable, and is very uncomfortable. The quality is OK, but not great; my husband is using the bike but I am disappointed in it as we really bought it for me. Am looking for pedal blocks so I can use it. I contacted indoorcyclery and Proform and there is nothing available. Can't believe I'm the first customer to have this problem. We thought about returning it, that is allowed, but it has to be returned "in the original packing, ready for resale". The box has to be cut with a utility knife to get the bike out (that's indicated on the box) so packing it back up did not seem to be a realistic option for a piece of equipment this size and weight. So we're stuck with it. Additionally, it took over a month to get here. One reason we went with indoorcyclery was the comments about prompt service/delivery. That was not the case for us. It is quiet, but you sure can't watch TV while riding because it's so tall and the readout screen, which is not impressive in the least and is oversold in the manufacturer description, is especially tall so you're not going to see the TV unless you have one mounted at the very top of your wall, up against the ceiling. Plan on having a tablet with something you can stream if you want to watch something while riding. Overall this bike was a huge disappointment. I do not recommend it.

This is most certainly a recumbent bike, however, just as for any recumbent bike, there is a minimum recommended height in order to reach the pedals, sit properly, see above the screen, etc. In addition, the customer was informed clearly from the beginning that there would be a delay due to COVID19 related backlog at Fed Ex and she was also updated several times times up until delivery.

Shopping and checkout were fine. Price compared to other places was good. But it took a month for delivery and I had to follow up multiple times. Could never talk with a person on the phone and could only use email for communication. Sometimes response was quick, sometimes it was not. Very disappointed overall. Would not buy from this vendor again.

The bike arrived but we cannot use it because the left pedal came stripped. Therefore. It could not be finished being assembled nor used. We are awaiting a new left pedal to be shipped.

Bike arrived in a non functional state. The resistance could not be changed. We have work hard to get it repaired by Proform but Covid 19 has caused delays. Hope to have it fixed in the next week.

This bike is exactly what I was hoping it would be. I am someone who just cannot get used to a regular cycling bike. It is uncomfortable no matter what I do. I have also found that a lot of recumbent bikes made me feel like I am slipping off the seat which would then make my knees come way too close to the control panel. After doing a lot of research, I landed on this model. The curve of the backrest and the depth of the seat are perfection. The ability to raise and lower the control panel allows me to get as close as I need without fear of my knees knocking into it. The bike is quiet, the onboard fan is powerful, and it is overall a wonderful piece of equipment. I use the Peloton app for my workouts...I know I can't truly follow along to what they're doing as they sit and stand, but their classes are motivating to me and there's great variety of music. Just because this bike is more comfortable does not mean that you cannot get an intense workout. If a cycling bike is uncomfortable for you but the Peloton app workouts motivate you, try this combo!

So far... so good. Had to call to find out how to activate the bike without giving my visa number to ifit... which was annoying. Should probably put something in the paperwork that tells how to do that.

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is the heart rate sensors on the hand grip are way off and don't show an accurate heart rate - I don't want pay more money and buy the accessory that wraps around your chest to see what my heart rate is.

Attaching the console to the frame was the most differcult because of the small screws and the angle. There must be a better way of manufacturing to make this easier. Also, I resent the iFit membership signup to unlock the console.
