I had to order a second one of these reformers as my movers didn’t show up to move all my furniture, so had to buy everything again! The second one was a little disappointing—wondering if I got a return item. Putting it together, the threads were not completed to attach the legs, so this was very difficult. The ropes looked worn, and the unit did not slide as smoothly as my first one. Disappointing.

Enjoying this very much. Easy to move around and use. Love this so much!! I just need the platform extender, then I can really get going. :) Fast service, great support, and delivery. Recommend this site for ordering fitness equipment.

This machine offers the best of a studio version with a price tag and upright storage option to fit my home. Easy to set up--I was using it within minutes of removing it from the box. Only wish I had bought it sooner!
