I've purchased rope hammocks from this company for a number of years. Since I stretch them between two shady trees, then take down the hammocks during winter, they have each lasted from 5 to 8 years. This year, the rope used in the hammock doesn't seem as thick as in previous years. I hope it's durable.

This hammock is sturdy and comfy! The antique beige is a great neutral and will be great with accent pillows. We have pulled the hammock in when we are not using it so it will be clean and ready when we are going to use it. It does look like it can be hosed off easily, though.

The website was easy to use and there was a great free shipping offer. I had looked at this same hammock stand and hammock on another site and decided to go directly with Hattaras. I was glad I did! Customer service is wonderful and went above and beyond to help get my delivery held by the transit company until I could get back home. We purchased the deluxe arc hammock stand and a woven hammock and matching pillow. They are all beautiful and well made!

We haven't had a chance to use the pillow with the hammock yet. It got lost in transit and didn't show up for several weeks. When I called customer service, they were great and were going to send out another one. The same afternoon I called, the pillow showed up. Looking forward to hours of relaxation!

Love this hammock stand! It is so beautiful and was easy to put together. The company worked with me to get the delivery held because I was going to be out of town. FedEx had not wanted to hold the delivery for me because it was coming from one of their smaller substations, but Hattaras customer service called FedEx and the delivery was held. Great customer service! The stand is very large length-wise, so be sure you have enough space. I chose the biggest one because I have lots of grandkids who love to swing with their Pops. Wanted to be sure everyone could fit. We take the hammock off when we're not using it and the stand is a work of art on it's own. While it is expensive, I would definitely purchase it again!

I have one of these and everyone can’t wait to get in it. It’s been hanging between two trees for eight years all year long, summer and winter. I have many pictures of family enjoying it. We went this spring to visit another hammock maker and I said that’s not like mine it’s not double woven, I’m waiting till I can get on like I have. Hatteras
