These swings are the most comfortable swings on the market. I have had my swing for years, I had to replace the cushion after a squirrel chewed into mine. It was easy to place an order and a quick delivery. Also the wood frame is still in excellent condition after all these years.

Overall ordering experience was very professional. It might be beneficial to explain that some of the parts have been updated and might not work with older models. Other than that small discrepancy, the products are top notch.

I love my Hatteras swing. I needed a cushion replacement only because a squirrel chewed into it. I was thinking of getting a regular wooden porch swing, but this one is so darn comfortable, I decided to just invest i a new cushion.

We love the swing! The frame has lasted over 9 years with no problems, but the cushions and arms don’t last but one or two and we only have it outside for 5 months, I wish they would last longer and you’d have more Of a fabric selection.

For some reason, this cushion is not as comfortable as the one we replaced. It feels bulky in the seat when we sit on it.

Timely delivery. I love our wooden swing. This is a replacement cushion which does not feel as comfortable as our first one.

I've had a red hammock swing on my deck for 5+ years. Our grandchildren especially loved it. I had to lay it down for a week while we made repairs and put a polycarbonate cover over the deck. Unfortunately a squirrel chewed a 8" piece in the middle while it was down. We immediately ordered a new one.

Love swing and easy to clean. Not excited with available colors except Gateway Tropic. Unfortunately a rodent chewed 10" hole in my 5+ yr red cushion, while down for deck repairs. Very happy with new cushion in Gateway Tropic print.

I had enjoyed my Hatteras Hammock for several years until it was damaged in a hurricane in October 2018. I was excited to realize that I could order replacement parts instead of an entirely new hammock. Now, with the arrival of my order, I am back in the swing of things!
