I contacted the company within 3 days of receiving my damaged FedEx package to inform them I was missing the end caps and S hooks. It took them over a month to respond and I’m still waiting for the parts to come (it’s been almost 2 months now)

It's been almost 2 months since I notified the company about my damaged and or missing parts, I still don't know if they even got around to my email with the pic of the broken part, so I wonder everyday if I will receive a package to replace the lost or damaged items since it takes them forever to respond.

I have been looking for a sturdy hammock after the metal on a cheaper one broke. I learned you sell to LLBean but they didn't have this 600# version. Luckily you sell to us end users and I found just what I was looking for.
