Took a little long to receive after ordering it. But they were responsive to my email and it came intact with good directions and was very easy to hang.

I have 7 of these swing chairs the first 6 were great the last one I got isn’t comfortable because of the tufted were the grommets holes feels like you are sitting on bunches the other ones that I have no tufts flat seats and are extremely comfortable PLEASE CHANGE THEM BACK LOYAL CUSTOMER
