This flat iron glides smoothly through my hair and I’ve actually been able to use it on a lower setting than my other flat irons. I love how it quickly smooths and shines my hair.

Yes, so happy for such a great value for such a high quality product. Due to my error I had problems with signing in and didn't realize I was given the ten percent discount automatically. I apologize; however, I was promptly contacted and it was explained. How great that I was given a 15 percent discount on mynext orders et which I know will be the 110.00 blow dryer. I will continue to do business with this company whose customer service has gone beyond their responsibilities and my expectations. Truth is I have had five brain surgeries for two extremely rare brain aneurysms. Your kindness means so much more than you know. Thank you from my heart.

We goit 7y ago as HAI was giving 2y on flat irons and 3y on professional blow dryer warranty and the most powerful tools too. still we have it in salon 5 our stylist till now one of blow dryer is gone as was used the most . Only bad side we dont have supplier in Canada any more .
