My previous Hai blow dryer weighed next to nothing which hairstylist’s need if they don’t want to get tendinitis in their elbows and all kinds of problems. This one is extremely heavy! Would not recommend at all

It does not smell like jasmine. There is no smell. It is hard to hold the handle because my hand moves the dials. But I do love what it does to my hair.

So far I love the performance of this dryer and my fine curtly hair is easy to straighten and is shiny. My only criticism is that I do not smell any jasmine fragrance from my dryer, not even a faint scent. So, that’s a bit confusing. Not sure if it’s just the one I received or if this is an issue overall.

I typically do not write reviews but after multiple attempts to resolve my issue with customer service I feel others should be warned. I purchased this hair dryer in February, after minimal use it began sparking and a fire lite inside the dryer when I shut it off. After multiple attempts contacting customer service I was informed it was a “manufacturing defect” and a new unit would be sent to me. After two weeks I contacted them again and they finally sent me the new hair dryer. If wish I could attach a picture of what I received. The inside packaging had what looks to possibly be mold on it, the hair dryer looks to be damaged with chipping paint. I have again tried to contact customer service multiple times and have not heard back. The hair dryer it self worked great until it starting malfunctioning. So if you get one that works it is great purchase. If not good luck with “customer service”.

The heat and speed dials are a great feature. I like the length of the cord and the two attachments. The dryer works really well although a little heavy. I never smell the jasmine scent that supposed to be present when you first start the dryer. Did not really want that feature anyway. Jury is out on the blue light feature. The dryer is well made and so far I am pleased with it.

LOVE my new hair dryer!! My hair looks & feels so much better now. It’s great being able to control the heat & air flow Individually. My hair even feels smoother & the dryer gives great volume to my fine hair. So glad I made the change. I previously had another Hai hair dryer but had an accident & broke it. The new dryer is soooo much better than the previous one! Thank you so much! I love this hair dryer!!

This is the best hairdryer I have ever used & I have used a lot of high end dryers. I love the ability to set heat & speed on a dial type switch, instead of 3 presets like on most dryers. You can customize setting for your individual needs.
