I bought this as a replacement for the same one I had for 5 years that finally gave out. I don't know what was wrong with the one that I had but it pulled out all my small hairs. Every single time I used it, it was a hassle and painful. I straightened my hair everyday so I know that there is something defective with this one.

My previous Hai flat iron worked great for over 15 years. I gave my sister my trusted flat iron and decided to purchase a new one. I had great hopes when I ordered the 1" ceramic styling hair iron but am disappointed in the product. The temperature dial feels flimsy and when you turn it on, there is an odor. I am returning this and I hope I get refund.

Easy to navigate and found what I needed but getting a refund is not clear. The site offers refunds but when I attempt to initiate a return/refund, it says my item is not refundable. Shady.

Love this flat iron. Got it on sale, great price. Received it super quick and it was nicely wrapped as a Xmas present. This iron I consider it best for me. I’ve tried others and doesn’t compare. Doesn’t burn your hair, pull it, or make it look brittle.

Love my HAI products! My last one lasted 13 years, so I’m hoping for the same this time. I love that it doesn’t pull your hair like other brands, it’s a smooth glide and flattens my wavy/poofy hair quickly!
