I started using this straightener in college (1999 or so). I tried other types over the years, but came back to this one and have had the same one for at least 10 years. Probably longer. It's just recently has a short in the cord so it doesn't stay on unless the cord is perfectly positioned, but I've been using it that way because I am afraid to replace it. I guess I've grown attached! I'll be purchasing another through this website to make sure I get the right one.

Don’t let the tiny bottles fool you. My hair is nearly waist length and it lathers up well and has lasted me over a month. The conditioner makes my hair soft. And the scent is heavenly!

The heat and speed dials are a great feature. I like the length of the cord and the two attachments. The dryer works really well although a little heavy. I never smell the jasmine scent that supposed to be present when you first start the dryer. Did not really want that feature anyway. Jury is out on the blue light feature. The dryer is well made and so far I am pleased with it.

Sadly I am very disappointed with these pillow cases. The silk is very rough and raw and one actually has a deep textured wrinkle and a wooden fiber woven in right where your head is to be placed. I do appreciate the mission of supporting women just wish the fabric quality was what was expected.

I had a Hai straightener for many years as a teen- and I bet I'd still have the original if I hadnt taken it to Europe and plugged it in where I wasnt supposed to! I was so happy to finally get a new one! Works as well as I remember. Never overheated. Love!

I have been using this same straightener for many many years! I straighten my hair almost everyday and this has been my go to. I will keep buying this straightener until they stop making this model (which I hope that never happens!!). I highly recommend buying it! It gets hot and will last you a loooong time (I usually get about 5+ years out of it until it stops working for me, and I use it A LOT). No snagging or pulling. This straightener glides across your hair making it straight, shiny and beautiful every use.

My previous Hai flat iron worked great for over 15 years. I gave my sister my trusted flat iron and decided to purchase a new one. I had great hopes when I ordered the 1" ceramic styling hair iron but am disappointed in the product. The temperature dial feels flimsy and when you turn it on, there is an odor. I am returning this and I hope I get refund.

Easy to navigate and found what I needed but getting a refund is not clear. The site offers refunds but when I attempt to initiate a return/refund, it says my item is not refundable. Shady.
