Purchased a Trek ebike and very happy, I was contacted to check my measurements and ensure I had ordered the correct size. I had to wait for it to come from the manufacturer but I was kept informed about expected times.
Delivery was booked quickly once it arrived, as they deliver themselves and not via a courier I was talked through the bike and set up on delivery. Very good service and very happy with the purchase.

I have recently purchased a Trek Powerfly 4 from these guys. The bike and the service these provide is second to none, they offer amazing knowledge and advice throughout the process and a full handover on delivery of the bike. Fantastic service from start to finish, thoroughly recommend!

A great experience. Keith did a fabulous job fitting me to the correct size of bike and answering all my questions. The shop has a large selection of bikes and I was able to try out my size frame.
Paul went the extra mile, the free delivery meant a long drive to Inverness, and he still spent a couple of hours demonstrating all the features of the bike.
Highly recommended.

I recommend CriteriumCycles to other purchasers and will be using their services in the future.
I put an email enquiry out during the Jubilee holiday. Richard replied within minutes and the bicycle was reserved/bought a few hours later. It was delivered to me some 50 miles, fully assembled and checked, later on the day after the holiday. Paul was very patient talking through the bicycle, advised on brake pad bedding-in procedure as well as assessing my own tool kits and politely pointing out setup corrections for my existing bicycles. He even took time to chat bicycles before heading on his next delivery.

I went to criterium cycles as they have a good reputation and there staff are knowledgeable on there bikes and advice on the best bike for me that was also on offer .
When picking the bike up they went over everything about the bike and answered any questions I had .
I would recommend criterium cycle for any of your cycling needs .
I will be using them for any items I need for my bike or if I decide to buy a new bike in the future .
