I bought my bike from the Bakewell shop and was really happy with the service I received. The people I spoke to were very knowledgeable about the range of bikes and were happy to show me and my wife the different bikes we were interested in and answer our questions. We were accurately measured and then given details of what is available in stock and what is due in and when.
My bike was in stock and was available shortly after our visit and my wife's is on order and due in later this month. The hand over process was great with a detailed talk through of everything I need to know and fine tuning of the fitting. I'm really pleased with the bike.
Overall very happy to have used Criterium Cyles and would not hesitate to recommend.

Criterium staff were extermely helpful and knowledgebale when helping me to purchase a bike. Their knowledge of the cycle to work scheme was beneficial.
The bike was ready for me to collect very quickly and I thought it was good value.

Great customer service from day 1, they notified me when bike maybe ready and kept me update throughout, also when I wanted parts changed they did so and even when I wanted tyres they don't sell they managed to get some for me to make my dream bike, and also on day of delivery they let know if a slight delay which was so lovely, would highly recommend Criterium Cycles

Excellent service provide by experts.
I am extremely pleased with the service they have offered to me so far.
Staff is friendly and with a great knowledge on bikes. I bought the bike but I could not collect it straight after as I was going on holiday. The guys were able to book me an appointment in three weeks time without making a big deal.
I was very happy on how they make it easier for me.
When I collected the bike the guys explained everything was necessary and some hints on how to maintain the bike properly.
I really recommend them.

Excellent service by the team at Criterium. The bike knowledge was brilliant, and delivered in a non-pushy manner with my needs in mind. It took a while for my cycle-to-work paperwork to be sorted out by my employer but the guys at Criterium were super patient and gave me no hassle. I'd definitely recommend this shop.

Taking it to another level. Paul has embraced the exponential advancement of cycling technology, which requires a professionalisation of the cycle trade, particularly with the nuances of each brand. Criterium are achieving this by focussing on two brands and in Paul's own words are doing so by "rolling out the red carpet" for anyone who decides to buy a Trek or Bianchi from Criterium.

Very positive experience buying a new Trek road bike. Booked a bike fitting slot and had a test cycle to make sure of the size. Great deal on upgraded wheels.

Very pleased with all aspects of purchase and delivery,I still can't believe Madeline was prepared to drive all the way to Somerset with one bike, but luckily for them we had two in the end.
Only problem is , it's to far too go for the services.

I have just purchased my second bike from Criterium. The fact that I travelled 300 miles to the store says it all. Paul and his team know everything there is to know about cycling and ensure you end up with the right product fit your needs. I know for a fact they would not let you leave with a bike that wasn't right for you - either size wise or the type suitable for you. I have found their customer service to be simply awesome. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure I got my bike at the right time and in the right place. Before actually ordering they are more than happy to simply discuss all things cycling and can explain options you may not have thought of. This in fact saved me a few pounds! Cannot recommend them highly enough
