This is the third bike we have purchased from Criterium - my own, our son's and now my wife's. The service was excellent, as always. They never try to over-sell you. They listen to what you want, what you would use the bike for and make appropriate recommendations, including why you could pay more and get a 'better' bike from them but why it would be more bike than you need. They're not as much interested in the sale as they are in helping you get what you need.
Thoroughly pleased and very happy to be supporting a local business which has got our family back out cycling again! Thanks guys!

Excellent customer support and advice. Took time to go over all parts of bicycle and check it's settings for size etc. really appreciate the time taken and expert knowledge of adviser. Impressed that there is a 6 week follow up check as well. Pity it is so far as we don't live very near your store- about 50 minute drive. Would love some bike maintenance classes/ workshops to advise on how to look after bike- would drive to attend these as would be invaluable.

I contacted Richard during his time off inadvertently however he couldn't have been more helpful. He held the bikes we wanted and gave great service when we went to collect them, also threw in a few extras no charge. A great company giving excellent service. Will use again.

I was talked through what type of bike I needed. Criterium cycles were very knowledgeable and directed me towards the TREK 3. I had a chat on the phone in regard to raising the stem. This was done and they arrived at a perfect riding position for me. Delivery was on time and I was given a full run down on use and maintenance of my Trek 3. I have been riding my Trek 3 for a few weeks now and am delighted with it. It's definitely rekindled my love of cycling.

EASY but the item description in the website, of ONE handle bar grip did not say that they were a PAIR. So I ordered TWO and received TWO Pairs. I used the second pair on another bike.
