I have visited the shop a few time Paul and Rosie are very helpful and there staff are very helpful and knowledge on the best bike for you I done my order on line after visited the Edinburgh store on line order was hassle free .
Will be using them in the future by visiting the shop or on line order .

Respectful, humble, professional approach from all staff. Did not once feel as though a sale was pushed, in fact, I walked out with a brand new road bike and saved 800 pounds compared with what I originally thought I would buy. After care is brilliant too, never been more happy with a business as I am with Criterium. Well done all!

I bought my second and third electric bikes last week from Criterion for a holiday cottage. Paul was really helpful, cheerful and delivered my bikes a couple of days after I bought them. He remembered the exact model I had bought a couple of years ago, so I was confident buying the updated versions. Great team in the shop and 10/10 for all round service.

Easy and pain free.
Ordered my first road bike from criterium and it did not disappoint. Made the process an enjoyable one and explained everything to me when I arrived in as much detail as you definitely need. Would highly recommend and definitely be ordering again when I want to make that upgrade to a carbon bike.

I recently bought a new bike from Criterium Cycles. The whole process from ordering the bike, making sure it was the correct size (as it was a special order), choosing the specifications, to collecting it and the handover process was professional, friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. The bike was beautifully presented, set up, with all my questions about it answered. Will definitely use for servicing requirements and new bike purchases in the future.

I am so happy with my bike, I can't thank Criterium enough.
From my first email enquiry to the delivery of the bike they were fantastic.
Staff were friendly and helpful when contacted on email or phone, and they deliver the bikes themselves which is great as the member of staff is able to run through things with you in person.
Will definitely recommend to others and use again.

Having searched all dealers locally,my usual method of shopping,I decided which Ebike and size was best suited to my needs. However due to covid the waiting time for delivery made it unlikely I would have a bike this year.
A friend found Criterium Cycles on line and sent me the link.
I spoke to Paul on Wednesday and ordered Ebike, Monday Rosie called to say they would be here at 3.30,they were!
I recognised the couple from video library,well worth watching and full of excellent advice and guidance.
Paul spent time showing me features of the bike explaining what to do and more importantly what not to do.
After sales service has been excellent and I keep an eye on Criterium Cycles web site.
Someday I'll get to shop in Lasswade.
