Criterion holds a great stock of bikes which is fantastic when purchasing a new bike as, at a time of a global bike shortage, it allows you to see a good range of options and delivery was quick. They stock a good selection of sizes as well. Outstanding service from a very knowledgeable team of staff who are passionate about bikes and ensuring customers get a bike that meets their needs.

Tremendous, personalised service from Criterium.
Richard in Bakewell called me soon after placing my order to check a number of things, including to confirm the size I was buying and to check to make sure I had everything I needed to have me ready for when the rubber hit the road.
The bike was delivered inside a few days, built and adjusted on-site so I was effectively able to jump on the bike straight away.
I have committed to checking in with Criterium when attempting to source other bikes and/or accessories, such was the experience and service I received from the team.
