The team at Criterium were first class during the purchase of my new bike. They are extremely knowledgable and took the time and effort to give me an in depth review of the bike I was buying and explained all the key features during the handover process. Mark and Rosie are exceptionally professional and provide a high quality service.

Really helpful and good guidance on the bike that would suit me best. End product is great. Delivery time of 6 months was the only frustration. Not Criterium Cycles fault but was disappointing from a customer perspective

The staff and shop were fantastic. However I did not realise that they had a second part to the store. This needs better access or signage.

Great service. Very helpful and ensured bike was the right size. Very happy with the price paid being best available for that particular bike. Home delivery with full explanation was very helpful. Highly recommend a visit to the Bakewell shop.

I have a pet hate which is the 'contact us' option on websites. I dislike them because although I DO contact retailers they rarely seem to respond! I find it hard to believe that in these tough times retailers can afford to ignore prospective customers. Once again this was ALMOST my experience with Criterium - almost. After the usual non-response to my initial email I followed up with a grumpy message echoing my thoughts above. To their great credit, Criterium responded. Paul apologised and explained an issue with junk folders was causing the problem. I had been recommeded to Criterium by a family friend and I was keen to deal with them - so I went ahead and ordered my new bike from them. I was very glad I did. The service (and contact) from that point was exemplary. Great service, and a fabulous handover from Struan. A different kind of bike shop!

Very happy with service. Saw the bike I wanted on the site and visited Edinburgh store to complete purchase. Staff in store very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Staff also accomodated last mintue change around collection arrangements.
