Went in to look for a bike I'd seen advertised. Very quickly attended to, got a chance to take it for a ride round the car park, got the price as advertised.
Staff were courteous friendly, knowledgeable - just plain nice.
Customer service as it should be.
Happily go back there.

Living near Inverness I had been looking to purchase an electric Trek Allant+ 5 bike locally but there was no availability for the next few months. I reluctantly started to look online for a bike and came across Criterium Cycles nr Edinburgh. I phoned them and spoke to Paul and following this call it was obvious to me that they knew what they were about and informed me that they also provided a personal home delivery service. I purchased the bike arranged a delivery date and a few days later my bike arrived at my house fully built and a comprehensive hand-over provided. It was refreshing to be able to actually talk to someone on a phone and at home, to provide informative answers to my questions. I highly recommend Criterium Cycles for their excellent products and service.

After I ordered my bike I was contacted for details of my height to ensure the bike I bought was the right size for me and my weight so that the suspension had the correct pressure Madeline gave me a very comprehensive explanation of how the bike worked when she delivered it- amazing shopping experience and customer service, I would definitely recommend

I was looking for a particular Trek bike which I understood was in short supply in the UK. However, I was very pleased to find that a Google search showed it was available from Criterium Cycles, and at a price significantly less than the list price. They answered all my questions and as a result I bought the bike. A bonus that helped swing it was free delivery from Edinburgh to Glasgow. Delivery date and time were agreed and kept to, and I was given a very thorough induction by Paul. I can recommend all aspects of my experience.

Fantastic service in every way, this is the second bike I have purchased from Criterium in less than a year. Advice was spot on (I received an incredibly detailed no pressure advice email in answer to my question on gravel bikes which I was able to go away and think about objectively). And as for delivery, well, when I happened to be in Edinburgh and popped in to the shop, I didn't really expect the bike that I sat on to be personally delivered a week later to Surrey along with a handover experience!

I cannot recommend Criterium highly enough. If only all shops/customer experiences in life were this good. Thanks chaps!

The guys were incredible. I paid for the bike late on Friday night and it was at my door by 9am on Sunday morning delivered personally from Scotland to Caerphilly in 36 hours.
Additionally the handover was so in depth they spent an hour and a half explaining and setting the bike up for me. First class service from first class people.
