The Springfree experience was very easy and efficient. We called on the phone to purchase, someone called us to confirm delivery date and installation date and it all arrived on time and installed perfectly.

Absolutely delighted with our trampoline. Top quality and worth every penny. My kids are two very happy bouncing bunnies! Also received epic customer service and must commend everyone from the call answering to delivery - everyone we dealt with was fantastic. Can highly recommend!

Blown away by the fantastic customer service from Springfree Trampoline. There was a slight mix up with the delivery date of our order but within an hour or raising the issue, it was dealt with. The customer service team were fantastic - at 4pm on Friday afternoon they guaranteed me a delivery by 6.30pm. And at 6pm the trampoline was personally delivered to my door by member of the team who literally drove the (many) extra miles to make it happen. Springfree Trampoline you have made us very happy - thank you so much.

Kids have been absolutely rapt with their new trampoline. They have been practicing their flips with total confidence knowing that there is a safety net to stop falls and that there are no springs to get entangled in!

i spent first hour myself to set up the structure, and another 2hours with my husband to finish off, very easy, but needs man power. installation video is very helpful, must watch. very good quality, it look very safe and i love it, so my kid. its worth to have one .

Just horrible to assemble - maybe it was just my trampoline but there is significant design flaw with the Matt rod holders which probably means that there must be countless trampolines out there where the rods are pushing the holders through the seam. The rod holders are just too loose and each time you have to muscle the ribs under the mat you push the holder out of place - when you eventually get the rib to lock into it gets pushed into the seam. I had to use a pair of mini vise grips to clamp the rod holder in place each time before we could attempt the Herculean effort of getting the ribs under and up. Given the significant price of the trampoline I am less than impressed and strongly recommend these holders get redesigned - a bigger lip with some tension that clips it into the seam at the least. Other than this obstacle the materials look to be first rate and the kids just love it

Very good trampoline. It took us two lovely ladies a while to install it because the rods are really challenging! However once you have got the technique and got over the amusing 'rod' jokes, it takes about an hour. A good tip would be to anchor the tramp first or have another person brace against it as you do need to heave! (The tramp has a habit of trying to escape). Is strong enough to cope with one small child and one incredibly large husband!

Absolutely fantastic tramp love the safety features. I highly recommend this product to everyone who love having fun. Can be tricky to put together however 100% happy that my granddaughters love their tramp. Thank you.
