Have had to wait for the step to arrive which I wasn't told about until the installer was here. Otherwise great install, he even took away all the packaging too

Awesome trampoline for my 2 little boys with special needs. Only wanted the best available for them so that was why we went with a springfree.

did we get charged for shipping? Your website said it was free if ordered by today? I was disappointed that I was charged for shipping when the deal said it was free delivery. They did agree to take the shipping costs off. I then spoke to your customer care team about the autism discount and was informed that I could only claim one promotion at a time. I don't see how the autism discount is a promotional offer and I did feel a little offended that it is considered such.
