Unfortunately I even forgot about the order and didn't realize that my card was charged the same day of the order but it was never shipped. Now that I remembered, I asked customer service and they are not giving me money back. This operation is an organized credit card crime.

The Porter-Cable 20V MAX 8-Tool Combo Kit is fantastic. The perfect blend of power and portability I was looking for in a cordless system. The tools are well-balanced in the hand and feel substantial while still being easy to hold and maneuver. I do my own home repairs and renovations and I feel like this kit has just about every tool I need. Unfortunately I had to give this one star because I never received my order from RocketIAQ. After 3 weeks of waiting I went to my local Lowe's and got this exact same kit on sale for less than I paid here. And I'm still waiting for my refund...

So far my experience has been pretty bad. Almost instant auto-replies to placing orders and contacting customer service with promises of updates and responses, but no actual person ever gets back to you. Calling the 800 number states all agents are busy and directs you back to the website, with no option to hold for an agent. After 3 weeks I'm still waiting for a refund for a product that never shipped.

I was not notified that the filters were not in stock. I checked with them after 10 days and they said it would be another two weeks. I cancelled the order.

Rocket never sent the item. After being told that I would get it in 3 days, and then within the week, and then indefinitely delayed, I finally cancelled after almost a month. Terrible customer service. No one available to take my call and delayed email response. I would not recommend.

This so called company are bunch of crooks! They let you buy products that they don't even have. I canceled my order because a week went by without shipping anything. They email me back said my order is canceled and I will receive a refund within 5 days. NO Refund! Then I get an email about purchasing and receiving the product. Never received anything. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and to my credit card company. This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with and I buy plenty of stuff online. Word of mouth is the best marketing tool but my word for this company is garbage. Thanks for having a garbage company!

This company is a Scam! Sell products you don't even have in stock and play stupid games by not refunding your customers because you can't provide products in a timely manner. Do not order anything from this company. It has been 1 month yet and I have not received my product or heard anything back from the company after several email attempts to contact them. You can not talk to any person either when calling the phone number!

These switches are working well with my wifi. The app is easy to download and is not overwhelming to figure out how to use. I like how I can use my phone to turn the device on rather than having to carry something else around. Getting Amazon to deliver these on time has been the greatest issue since the new UPS driver cannot find my house. Maybe if I switched the light on, that would help. Seriously, good witch that helps keep me and my family secure.

Pathetic for Rocket to ask for a review when they have repeatedly not responded to my request to WHERE IS MY ITEM? Once they said they would have my product to me THIS WEEK but failed to get my item to me. They are quick to offer an apology and promise to take care of me.....FAILED FAILED FAILED

They will apologize and promise to expedite your order but they will FAIL you and then ignore your repeated contacts. You will NEVER speak to a person when you call, you will be told to email you. You will then receive an auto response telling you that they will contact you in 24-48 hours but that rarely happens. All the while, they apologize (which is probably a canned response). Ryan has always been our 'contact'and he says he will PERSONALLY take care of you......then Ryan has the nerve to ask for a review of his company. Hmmm....is Ryan their only employee?

Thanks for the email prompting me to write a review of the product. It sure would be nice if I actually recieved it. It's been 16 days since I placed the order and still didn't ship today as promised. I tried calling the customer service number several times just to get a quick message that no one is available. I did get a response through email around 10 days after I placed the order. I was told the item was set to ship today but it didn't happen despite being told he would try to "expedite" the order if possible. That not only didn't happen but it's friday and still not a word. I am currently regret trying to do business with this company. I could have ordered it from ebay for the same price and had it here a week ago. I plan to cancel the order monday. This was a milwaukee hand drill, no reason it should take this long to be shipped especially since you boast about your 3 day shipping on the sight. Not sure what this company is about but this is no way to get buisnes.

I have tried to contact Rocket by calling, email was undeliverable but payment was taken immediately out of my account.Also I no tracking number I would like some kind of response from Rocket on this matter.Before I contact the Better Business Bureau on this matter. Unsatisfied customer that I'm out $189.00
