Unfortunately I even forgot about the order and didn't realize that my card was charged the same day of the order but it was never shipped. Now that I remembered, I asked customer service and they are not giving me money back. This operation is an organized credit card crime.

I was not notified that the filters were not in stock. I checked with them after 10 days and they said it would be another two weeks. I cancelled the order.

Do not order anything from this company. It has been 1 month yet and I have not received my product or heard anything back from the company after several email attempts to contact them. You can not talk to any person either when calling the phone number!

I have not been able to contact this company through the telephone number it says that they have no representatives available and say to contact through Web site the website is not functioning and you took my money on Oct 5 I have no product and no way to reach out to this co I am calling discover to get my money returned

They had a great price one month in got an email asking how my product was I said don't know haven't got it yet they said we'll find out what's up another month goes by they cancelled my order without even asking or telling me anything pretty disappointed

I ordered 2 aprilaire 213 filters on Spetember 16th. As of October 3rd they never shipped and I have no estimation of ETA or explanation. There is no answer ever at the phone number provided. Chat never works. I am not sure this is a real company. Please avoid for Fraud. My emails are responded to in 24-48 hours with generic. "We will ship soon" "issues beyond our control" yet the item is still listed in stock and as a rocket shipping item. When I complained for the third time they just canceled my order. We will see if I have to dispute with my credit card company. Save yourself a headache and avoid this fraudulent non communicative company. This is my worst internet order experience and customer service in 20 plus years of internet shopping... There Marketing company even had the gall to send my an email asking me to review the product I never received that had never shipped... Well here is my review

Don't use this site. We waited a month for them to let us know they had shipped our order. We were never so informed so we cancelled the order.

Not happy at all. I've ordered my air filter 15 days ago and still haven't received it. Tried emailing the company but I'm getting the run -a-round. If you try calling nobody ever answers. I'm about ready to turn otitis into my bank for Fradulent charges will never use them again and if I could've gave you a zero I would have.

Order was placed 8-30-17 and as of 9-20-17 the order has yet to be fulfilled. No information has been sent by RocketIAQ concerning status of order. Still waiting.

I placed an order for furnace filter 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive filters. I have shopped with RocketIAQ in the past and have been very satisfied. This order was placed over 3 weeks ago with no feedback from the company as to why the delay. If product is out of stock this needs to be told to customer.
