This so called company are bunch of crooks! They let you buy products that they don't even have. I canceled my order because a week went by without shipping anything. They email me back said my order is canceled and I will receive a refund within 5 days. NO Refund! Then I get an email about purchasing and receiving the product. Never received anything. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and to my credit card company. This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with and I buy plenty of stuff online. Word of mouth is the best marketing tool but my word for this company is garbage. Thanks for having a garbage company!

This company is a Scam! Sell products you don't even have in stock and play stupid games by not refunding your customers because you can't provide products in a timely manner. I hope your company goes under! You only got 1 star cause I had to put it. Your Ranking is -5. TRUE STORY. Reporting you guys to the BBB and my credit card company

They sent an email for a good review on their product. I tried to email the guy back but with no luck. I still have not received the product. I am questioning the company since I can't even try the product.

I still haven't received the product and it has been weeks since I ordered the product. So the overall shopping experience is not good.

I only got the vac for a week or so. However I have only used it once so I am not in position to give a 5 star. But so far so good. Hope it last longer than my dirt devil vac
