This is another excellent tool for core training! My trainer uses this on me as well every other workout and while it took a bit to figure out the balancing part, it really works! Again, while it may seem like you aren't getting much out of it because it's more like trying to stay on a disc that's on water, it's working even though you don't know it. I have lost more weight using this and balance disc cushion than by aerobics and weight training combined in a shorter period of time. You will sweat like a dog and perhaps be frustrated. You'll have to get over that, but keep yourself on it and think of it as a game. It's a great tool in the buldge battle! I highly recommend this tool as a main stay in your workout regime.

I guess I would buy it again at $5.00, but I wouldn't spend much on this DVD. It was helpful in showing how each of the Thera-cane knobs could be used. But you only need to see it about once or twice. (The Thera-cane is fantastic, though.) If you really want to use the Thera-cane to its best advantage, buy the "Trigger Point Therapy Workbook" by Clair Davies, Amber Davies, and David G. Simons. That book and the Thera-cane have given unbelievable relief from many pain problems I had thought I would have to live with the rest of my life.

After having cervical surgery, numerous pillows were purchased. This pillow has been the best! The firmness of the pillow can be adjusted with the amount of water in the pillow. I miss this pillow when I travel.

The 'heavy' and 'medium' bands didn't live up to their labeled strength. If you are using these bands to build muscle, I recommend buying heavier bands. They are great for light stretching and light resistence training. I bought these to help strengthen my ankles and feet for ballet, but I've found them more useful for stretching during yoga.

This very comfortable strap can be put around your wrist or ankle and when you do the exercise, you can just concentrate on the muscle you're working and not have to worry about the theraband slipping. It's terrific!

These bands work very well for Pilates and other similar workouts. They are much more comfortable and easier to adjust than bands that have handles or other defined lengths -- with these, you just move your hand position on the bands to increase or decrease resistance. Great deal for the price.

If you use exercise tubing to workout, you need this door anchor. It's sturdy, but not so thick that you can't shut the door. Very well constructed so it doesn't feely cheap or flimsy.

If you want athletic tape that will stick to anything and thru any condition this is your tape. I use it to tape my feet while running on long runs. It survives gallons of water and wear and still sticks. Drawbacks include; it sticks too well and can be hard to remove and it can leave a sticky residue. For my purposes it is simply the best I have found.

I never go to a game without this stuff in my gear bag. It's the only thing that lasts through 9 innings and stays strong the whole way through. One note, do not apply this stuff with your bare hands, apply it with an old towel or something. If you get it anywhere near you face you'll be sorry.
