Package came damaged with no product - called customer service & had replacement within days. Post office problem but no questions just friendly service by your customer service. Thanks!

. I ordered this product & it came in an empty , damaged package. I called customer service & they replaced it immediately. I took the package by the post office & they took full responsibility , saying it was probably their equipment that damaged the package. Thanks to Pro Therapy, I had a replacement in a couple of days -- no problem! 5 stars to customer service!!!

Bought this and the 4 ounce tube. The Roll-On is easy to use and take with you without getting on your hands. Use the tube mainly at home where you can wash your hands afterwards. The expiration date on the Roll-On is 02/2017 we have about 1 1/2 years to use from time I received it.
