Your sales people were busy so I had to leave a message for a return call, which I'm still waiting for. I went ahead and ordered, however, I wanted to know if I could send a check rather than use my credit card. I also wanted to know if this Theracane comes with any written instructions as I don't have a DVD player. Also, If I clicked on the 10% discount for being placed on your email contact list, I would have to receive an email from you first to get a code, before I could use it for the discount on my 1st order. I had no idea how long that would take, and I wanted to get my order in today. My physical therapist recommended this cane, and you were the best price I found without having to go to Amazon or Ebay. These are minor issues (but you asked me), and I will use your company again if I need another product.

Considering it's made of plastic, I was not impressed. it' bends with pressure and does not put enough pressure on the areas on my back that need attention. Also the cost to make this item does not justify it's price.

This is not the original therapy cane. This one is much smaller than the original and can only be used by very slender people. I use my original one all the time and bought one for a friend. Very disappointed, go with the back buddy next time.
