I've been prescribed and advised to buy much more expensive orthotics. I do try them. But eventually they hurt and don't do anything I can perceive for my back or knees. Even my podiatrist, without a word, went into the back room and taped up this broken one for me! Time to reorder.

Several months ago, I suddenly started having pain in my feet. The bottoms of my feet felt bruised. Heels especially. I was limping in the morning and at work, especially when getting up after sitting. After a day's work, I could hardly walk. I tried soaking, massaging, ice packs, stretching exercises, and extra-cushioned shoes. Still had pain. A friend told me she had had similar symptoms. She had finally gotten relief with cortisone shots into her feet! Before going for that solution, I heard a Walkfit ad and decided to give them a try. What a surprise - they worked! From the first day wearing them, the pain was gone. I now go through the day without a thought to my feet. I could hardly believe that something so simple and inexpensive was the solution to what had become a major problem for me. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I've been using this product for years now, about 5,6 years.. I wouldn't leave the house with out them.. They have helped my back a lot.. They are a bit uncomfortable at the beginning. You will get use to them. If you suffer from lower back pain or can't keep your back straight when you walk , then you need a pair of walk fit... I AM NOT A PAYING REVIEW CUSTOMER .. I AM A REAL CUSTOMER THAT BOUGHT THE PRODUCT AND I LOVE THEM!!

I started using these inserts many years ago. I had plantar fasciitis in both feet so bad I could no longer walk barefoot :( After deciding to try these and getting used to wearing them (about a week) within 3 months the heel pads were back where they needed to be and I was walking barefoot again. Still wearing them every time I wear shoes and going barefoot whenever I want over ten years later. Highly recommend.

I have flat feet. They really didn't bother me too much until I was in my 30's. When I started to suffer from plantar fasciitis (heel "spurs"), I tried a multitude of remedies. My chiropractor fitted me for a custom pair of orthotics, and that relieved the pain to a degree. But they were very hard with little padding. I tried the arch bands and did the stretching exercises, but I still had a good bit of discomfort, particularly in the morning when I first got out of bed. I tried an expensive pair of orthotics I saw advertised on TV ($75). They were basically a cheap insole with little padding, but what they had that I needed was a series of graduating arch supports from low to high. BINGO! So I've tried quite a few more insoles that claim to be good, but none of them came close. I figured for $15, I didn't have much to lose on the Walkfit insoles. I've had them for almost one month, and I love them. There are 3 sizes in the arch support - low - medium - high- and I tried the high first. That was a little too much and my back let me know about it. I changed to the medium and I am very satisfied. You feel the support in your arch, no doubt about it. It may feel like you are walking on ping pong balls, but you get used to it quickly. And it provides the relief and support I need. I am purchasing a second pair.
