This is the best hairdryer I have ever used & I have used a lot of high end dryers. I love the ability to set heat & speed on a dial type switch, instead of 3 presets like on most dryers. You can customize setting for your individual needs.

It straightens my hair good and quick although it still has a burning smell and I’ve had it 5 months, but it does not burn my hair

The iron worked great at first but after about 4 months it died. Fortunately HAI replaced it at no cost to me. If the new one keeps working it will be 5 stars.

Ordering and receiving the order was great. The iron worked great for a while but after about 4 months quit working. The company replaced it at no charge so hopefully this one works longer.

I have over 12 flat irons fir my hair and none of them work like this one i have really curly thick hair that is hard to straighten but this one works wonders my hair looks great and its faster then all the rest. I like it so much i told my husband i want another one for a back up

I have needed a new Flatiron for several years. My friend suggested HAI and I am so glad she did. So far it's been the best investment I've made! My hair looks so much better.
