The technician, Jeff Zinz, called me ahead of time the day before to say that they sometimes run ahead but that he would call me to make sure that I was home. He went over everything with me and told me the prices beforehand. I LOVE my new, green springs! Thanks, Precision. I would recommend your company to anyone.

Very professional, prompt arrival, explaned and showed everything that was right and those needing repair. Took much less time then anticipated. They came recommended to me and I would highly recommend. Cody Albright was our technician and couldn't say enough good things about him. You can't go wrong with this company. I'll have my garage door inspected just like my furnace and air conditioner every yr from now on.

Wil called me and understood what part needed to be ordered. He has taken care of that and will call when the part arrives. Will let you know if we have any problems with installation. I have a 20 year old Wayne Dalton door. We are going to replace the bottom door seal.

I am currently talking with Taylor he found me through Wasatch County building per Mitch when he contacted me yet asked if we needed any garage doors for the barn we are building and said that he would be happy to give me a bid and answer any questions I might have he has been extremely thorough prompt and very professional I am reviewing the bed right now And I am comparing it to another bed that I had but if I had to choose right now I will probably go with Taylor because of his professionalism and the information that he was able to give me thank you for your time dave hadley

My garage door opener needed service. The garage door often got stuck partway down and then re-opened and not closing. I chose Precision because of its high ratings on the Internet. From the first phone call scheduling the service call to the final installation and explanation of operating the new garage door opener, I was both pleasantly surprised and very pleased. The serviceman called to confirm the service trip. He arrived as scheduled. He was both friendly and knowledgeable. The old motor was not pushing the garage door all the way down. The opener motor was 30+ years old and could not be repaired. He installed a new Precision door opener, track, and 10 new Precision sealed-bearing/plastic-tire rollers. The new system is extremely quiet and has convenience features that my wife and I appreciate and will use. My wife is thrilled with how quiet it is. The Precision door opener has a lifetime warranty on moving parts and track, and an 8-year warranty on electronics.

I clearly would refer folks to Precision.

The upsell pressure was atrocious. Belittled when I refused the upsell. I complained to management, and they were non-responsive. Way too many other providers to choose from than to be treated that way!
