Will originally installed our new garage door and we were already impressed with his professionalism. When we experienced an issue with the door we were pleased to hear that Will would be returning. He quickly assessed the situation, fixed the problem, and then provided troubleshooting tips in the event the problem reoccurred. We are very pleased with Will and Precision Door Service of SLC.

I am retired and on a fixed budget and only wanted to have the noisy door on my garage repaired. I ended up with new rollers which I doubt needed replacing ($220). I understand replacement of the failing gear in the Lift Master & sprocket chain drive ($189.95). I asked about lubricating the door myself in the future and was sold a can of lubricant for $10, which was o.k. But, I also don't understand the charge for $59.95 for the technician to spray the same lubricant on the hinges/rollers to silence the noise after the rollers were replaced. I had planned on a $99 door silencing package but ended up with a total of $358.90.

It is too soon to tell how satisfied I am with the repair as I have only opened the door once. But as long as it keeps working I am very happy. The repairmen were very good to work with.

Cody arrived on time and was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He completed the repair to the garage door in a very efficient manner and was happy to answer my questions. Precision Door was very competitive in their pricing and their agents were also friendly and helpful when I called for an appointment. I would definitely use this company again for any needs regarding a garage door.

The lady who answered my first phone call on Saturday morning Jan 5th around 9.30 was not professional at all..and she sounded like she was sleeping...I left with her my phone number and I was expecting a phone call from the "technician", but nobody called. I called back again around noon. This time Chris answered and he gave me a 1 888 number to call. I was finally able to call that number and set an appointment with Madeleine, who was very helpful and professional. I wish the first person who answered the phone in the morning had given me that information...

I would like to take a minute to thank our technician Cody Alledgre who came and did a fabulous job. He was very helpful and professional. He gave us tips on how how take care of our garage door and let us know of the yearly maintenance service that is availAble. Our garage door is working very well now. We will definitely call on Cody in the future should we have any other garage related issues. Thanks!

Our garage door was damaged when a car slid into it the weekend before Christmas. I was worried that the mangled door could not be repaired for several days until after the holiday (and the my car would be stuck inside that entire time). I called Precision and talked to a really nice guy who sent Jeff out that same day to fix the problem. The repair was not cheap, but Precision saved the day!
