My garage door was making a terrible banging sound. Simon had to do allot of adjustments
and now the door is almost whisper quiet.

Simon called and gave me a time of arrival and he arrived at that time. He checked the door over carefully to find what the problem was. His explanation to me made sense as to what was causing the door to return back up when being closed by my door opener. I was sure it was the door opener and would be a $600 or more cost for a new one but to my surprise it was bearings at the ends of the spring rail/rod. the cost was much less than the opener cost I was expecting

I was late to work because the garage door wouldn't open because the coil/spring broke. Found Precision on my phone, told her my problem and she sent someone right away. Zyler was prompt and considerate, fixed it within an hour, and had it done in no time.

Simon arrived on time as scheduled. He spent a few minutes assessing the problem. He quoted the cost and I ok'd to start. He informed me that he should be done within a half hour. I was amazed when in less than 30 minutes, he knocked on my door and invited me to inspect. Not only did he replace the springs and the side cables, he lubed the rollers as a courtesy. The workplace was cleaned. Simon was very courteous and professional throughout. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for his service.

I was so pleased to have called your service... I had called another service about a month ago and they did an awful job - I was very displeased. Josh was so confident in the service that he gave and he fixed my garage door the way it needed to be fixed! He came the same morning I called in my request for service. I contacted the company today and was scheduled in for this afternoon! The Estimator, Taylor B contacted me prior to arriving and was early. He listened to my concerns and showed me some of the garage door products, and explained the time frames in which it would realistically take to go from order to install. He was very professional and willing to take time with me. He made me feel valued as a potential customer. He also did not pressure me and said he would be happy to answer any questions that I would have before making a decision and could contact him or the company if necessary. I felt he was sincere and knowledgeable and will certainly consider Precision for our home upgrades.

We called and within 24 hours our two new garage door openers were installed and working...great service and products.
