My wife and I were cleaning up in the garage and one of us must have broken the connector off of the safety beam. My wife called and met your rep about 4 pm. It was all finished and working like a champ before I got home from work. Awesome job

Top Notch Customer Service! Our Technician, Josh Stone was amazing. He went above and beyond in helping us with replacing a spring that was under warranty. Josh fixed an ongoing problem by getting us what we really needed. Thanks, Josh for your integrity, we will gladly come back to Precision again!

We were referred to Precision by our Son. He had a service a few months ago and was very satisfied . We called this morning and they said a technician would arrive between 2-4 PM today. Simon called before he came and was on time and professional. He spent the time needed to identify the problem and completed the job without hesitation.

I purchased a new door opener. The installer and installation was done quickly and professionally. However I would like to have had more options to choose from. I was offered an inexpensive product with minimal life expectancy or an expensive product with all the bells and whistles. I don't need all the bells and whistles; would like to have had the option of something in between.

Precision Door Service arrived at the house even before their scheduled time. They were prepared to answer any questions. He did not pressure me into buying anything I didn't need. This was a visit on door I bought from Precision about 5 years ago. So he checked rollers, springs, etc. It was a good visit, and all the fixes, etc were completed in a timely manner.

WE HAD MARSHALL WHITE INSTALL NEW SPRINGS....OUR DOOR QUIT WORK 2 WEEKS LATER, MARSHALL CAME BACK AND NOTICED THE SENSORS WERE OUT OF LINE...HE FIXED AND DID NOT CHARGE US. I VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK
