The whole buying process is quick and easy, the only thing I would like to see change is the shipment of supplies. It comes in an envelope type of packaging and my concern is the chance for the tubing, pillows, etc. getting punctured. It gets shoved in my small mailbox and so far it's been ok, but we will see.

This product is not as good quality as it had been in years past. The material is flimsy and stretches quickly causing the air leaks.
