The company engages in false advertisement. They offer heated tubes for the Philips machine, but fulfill the order with inferior non-heated, cheap tubes. It is difficult to obtain a return authorization and hard to receive reimbursement for return shipping. I would advise customers to be cautious doing business with CPAP Nation.

You sent me non-heated tubes. I had my local Sleep Center doctor review the product and she verified that the tubes were non-heated. Further, she stated the tubes were low quality $3.00 tubes for which you charged me $24 per tube. I have shipped them back via tracking #9534-6102-5403-3095-5922-54 on April 05, 2023. I was out of pocket $12.90 for return postage. I want to be reimbursed for the postage. I will NOT do business with CPAP nation again.
