Thought this would fit my f30(my confusion). It doesn't. With the F20 I need to use a winter headband to hold the high nose part in place. This does work great for me; since I have always been a side sleeper.

I don't have any issues with DSH providing my CPAP needs. They are always friendly and go out of their way to help me with my needs. They called and talked to me about my mask seal issues and came up with a solution. I think it will work (only had it to use one night), but my mask seal was not an issue.

The picture does not match what I received, but it does seem to work. I just received it yesterday and used it last night. It was the first time in a very long time I got green smiley faces for mask seal. It's somewhat awkward to put on, the one shown here looks more user friendly. I would rather had it!!!

You wouldn't give us a refund for the product that didn't work for our cpap so now we are stuck with a cord we cant use and trying else where to find it

It didn't work with our cpap, told you dont carry the one we need were told we couldn't get our money back but a voucher for a future purchase. Why would we need that if you don't carry our cpap model?

That interface was confusing for this order. It had me pick different sizes a couple different times and didn't specify what came with each option. I had no idea how many masks, headgear, or tubes were coming. Luckily I need backups of everything so it didn't really matter. But it was confusing.
