Purchasing the CPAP supplies I need was so much easier than dealing with my local medical supply store. No run around dealing with insurance that barely covers anything. No making me play phone tag with my doctor and supplier. No requirement for a pointless 'fitting' appointment. I saved more time and money than my insurance would have paid, just by ordering my supplies online. Delivery was prompt as well.

This product is not as good quality as it had been in years past. The material is flimsy and stretches quickly causing the air leaks.

The whole buying process is quick and easy, the only thing I would like to see change is the shipment of supplies. It comes in an envelope type of packaging and my concern is the chance for the tubing, pillows, etc. getting punctured. It gets shoved in my small mailbox and so far it's been ok, but we will see.
