My company has been using the Vast Conference services for several years now and have never had any issues! Everything always runs smoothly with the dial-in process and the calls themselves. Customer Service has always been very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. They answer emails very quickly and are thorough and detailed in their information.

I have used Vast Conferencing for probably the last four years, and am very pleased with it. After a search for reviews and comparisons of the various conferencing services out there, I subscribed to Vast. In my experience, I and my family have never, ever had a problem with Vast service. I subscribed since I needed an easy way for up to 10 family members to 'just talk' about my elderly father's care and situation, when texting fell short as a communications channel. The ease of use, multiple access numbers, ability to record, and web-based management have provided my family and me with an affordable way to communicate via phone at a moment's notice. In a long text thread, I'm happy when somebody texts "Conference call?", so that we can get down to business.

Most recently, a representative of Vast reached out to discuss additional features and integrations with me. It is some cool stuff, but I don't need it. I was wary of an 'up sell' and indicated that my current plan was fine, and I actually only needed 4-5 callers now. Vast has apparently added other tiers to their service, and the representative pointed out that, for my needs, there was now a less expensive solution. I was ecstatic that the representative presented a way for me to reduce my monthly conferencing cost while still retaining the high level of service and features to which I had been accustomed. 5 Stars all the way! Keep up the great work!!

Had to make changes to conference code for security purposes and it was very quickly and efficiently handled by Zach. Pleased with the service.

The error was due to my mistake in using the system. The customer service rep could not have been more helpful and patient.
