I would like to comment on the exceptional customer service values of Peter Doan. From day one he was willing to go he extra mile to help me with exactly what I needed. He stands behind his commitments. For example, I asked him to inform me when your company was able to issue conference bridges without the use of the four digit pin number. He made sure that your company accommodated our needs and then turned around and called me without my having to make a second request. I wish all customer service reps were this attentive to their customers needs.

I am glad I got a a follow up email and I contacted customer service, they were fast. The first conference call was a test with customer service. Tuesday an attorney made a real conference call and it was so simple. We switched over from trial to permanent customer yesterday.
We are much happier with this service.

I would give 5 stars for everything, but I haven't actually initiated a live conference call yet. Everything I have done so far has only been test calls. Customer Service was great, sound quality is fantastic so far from what I can see. The only real issue I have is that you can't transfer screen sharing privileges to another attendee on the call. Though, I did talk to Customer Service and they said they would pass that along to a developer.
Overall, great product so far, very pleased with my switch away from WebEx and GoToMeeting.

We're a small company, just under 120 employees, and I was asked to find a low cost, easy to use, conferencing service for our CEO. ConferenceCalling.com fit our needs perfectly. It wasn't long before we added more to our account.
Peter Doan, who's in charge of our account, is awesome! Responds quickly and addresses any of our questions and concerns. I've had to use their support once and it too was very prompt in their response and got the problem resolved quickly.
Overall the service is outstanding, very easy to use and manage. The quality of the calls are very clear. We have meetings that range from 5-10 minutes to over 2 hours and not had a single problem.
