After researching and trying many online conference-calling systems, we've been using Vast Conference's system for over a year. We've found it to be the easiest and most reliable system available. Many of the other systems have bells-and-whistles that they try to get you to use, for a fee. No need. ConferenceCalling.com does exactly what the name implies, provides a fast and simple way to have an online conference call. Highly recommended by a 3,000 person organization.

I called for support and received a return call very quickly. The person was responsive and well-informed about the products and service. The website to register was easy to use. I then used the service for a conference call with 3 people; from South Florida, New England, and Colorado. Perfect reception and ease of use by all. Thank you.

Cynthia was extremely helpful and provided excellent assistance and suggestions on how to meet our needs so that we will be able to convene a Town Hall meeting without a hitch. She had us to explain our needs and then went over all of the available features that are accessible with Vast. She was extremely knowledgeable as well as patient and we are looking forward to having a meeting that is efficiently and effectively run.

At first we loved vast. The audio conference works well, no complaints really for the audio. The video conference was a great tool to utilize but we found out for no more than 5 people. The video conferencing kept glitching on us; when i would share my screen it kicked everyone out of the conference and they had to come back in, but then it showed 2 attendees for every 1 attendee. Half of the group was unable to see my screen when i screen shared and the other half could. There are also features missing from vast that would make video conferencing easier such as a 'raise your hand' feature to know when someone is muted that they have a question and its indicated so we can un-mute the one. also blurring out your background is another feature that we would like. The video conferencing is a great tool for a group of no more than 5 but anything larger it gets too glitchy. We want to love Vast but there are some issues they need to clean up first.

Our business has used VAST Conference Calling for more years than I can recall, and the product and service are always superb. We have never experienced a glitch with the product; it is always dependable. The cost is one of its greatest attributes, and the service (as I have just today experienced again) is "out of this world GREAT!"

With the COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to have numerous conference calls. This has allowed us to increase our capacity from 15 callers to 100 callers then to 250 callers. The online account access provides various options and is very easy to use.
