I called expecting a difficult time since we terminated the person who had been dealing with our account. The support team was very understanding and told me the documents I needed to provide to them to be allowed to access the account. The process was very smooth and simple. Then not only did they take care of my issue they told me of a better plan that would SAVE me MONEY!!!!!!! Turns out they were correct!

We have utilized VAST Conference for several years and are very pleased with their service. We have never experienced issues with our conference call functionality, including the recording feature that we use consistently.
Their customer service is quite unique in today's environment. You can actually talk to people... here in the US. Dave T. and Cynthia P. have been particularly helpful to us.
I would highly recommend this company and product.

I've been using conferencecalling.com for years and never had a issue with service. The website account portal is very user friendly. Never had an issue when downloading bills, changing account information, or payment types. They were pro-active in reaching out to me with the best available plan options and payment schedules based on my usage.
