Ordering was really easy. USPS unfortunately misplaced my package but the team at CA Souls quickly sent a replacement at no cost to me. Their customer service was absolutely AMAZING!!! The bracelet was just as advertised. The concept of personalised messages was beautiful and unique. I am very happy with my purchase. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company.

Super light, easy to remove and adjust, doesn't move when I am being active. It should last a long time. Very subtle look, though I might upgrade to their all gold plated bracelet for a classier look.
