It takes a good amount of time to set up. The website does not have answers to all of my questions. I will be making a phone call soon to hopefully help me with some outstanding questions and issues.

A bit of a pain to get SIM card to register, but once set up is complete, I really like the features.

I really needed this watch before the weather got to where my beloved husband wants to take his "walks" alone. He was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease. His walks alone have been up to 3 hours. He will not take his cell phone now be cause he knows we can track him. The problem is that he wants to go off into the woods so we can not find him. Fortunately, this year he has so far taken only 2 one hour walks alone. Last year was worse. We even had to the police help. I am hoping the Angel Watch will be a life changer for me so I don't have the anxiety when he just disappears on me. The first watch we ordered and received had some sort of problem. We were instructed to send it back and a new one would be shipped. I have an update as of 6/7/21 I will have another angel watch in 1 to 2 weeks. Hoping and praying this works this time. This has been my experience thus far.

Very good experience. I highly recommend. It's easy to setup and has allowed our boys some freedom while also giving us, as parents, peace of mind that we can reach them and they can reach us when needed. The other nice thing is that I see the phone number assigned to them staying with them into their teens and beyond so that's kinda nice too.

Love the product. Setup was straight-forward and the watch is working great. It's been hugely beneficial for my family as our sons can now "explore" a little on their own, within our neighborhood, and my wife and I can easily contact them and they can also contact us. We love it.

Not very user friendly. Does not always connect when calling. In fact, SOS signal didn't work about 30 - 40% of the time (we were testing the feature in the same room). When it connects, it works okay but does like to show broken picture signal.
