I was having trouble setting up my watch so contacted customer service and was lucky to be connected with Ezra. Over a 5 week period we had at least 14 email exchanges. He was understanding, patient, kind, and above all....helpful! He discovered that my model needed a factory update which wouldn't be complete for several weeks. Once it was done, Ezra gave me a detailed step-by-step list of instructions which I was able to easily follow, and the watch works perfectly. If it weren't for the update needed, his clear instructions would have had my watch up and running on day 1. This was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had.

Terrible ordering process... customer service is of no help and has no idea what the answers are. They asked me to call them back while they looked up answers with every question. Cant use a bank account if you don't have or want to use a credit card, and promo code wasn't working. If there was competition with the features i found essential in this watch, I would have stopped trying to order from this company and gone to the competition. You need to step up your website and your customer service.

The option to purchase bank transfer is only for tax-registered wholesalers buyers of 100+ watches per order. This is mentioned exactly at that payment option for clarity.
For customers, we offer many payment options- not just credit card. You can choose to pay by debit card, PayPal, Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later) and about half a dozen others.
We do not allow for bank transfer transactions for your protection.
Bank transfer purchases are generally not protected. This eliminates your chance of being able to challenge questionable/disputed charges. Credit cards, PayPal & others do allow this protection and offer the buyer protection that our customers ought to have. In turn, this allows for our customers to shop with complete confidence.
For answers, we have a very comprehensive Support section with all of the most common questions and answers as well as highly knowledgeable telephone support available to all every weekday (8am-3pm MST).
We do appreciate the feedback and will take it into consideration with future updates.
If you're having issues applying a promo code, our customer support can assist. This can happen in instances where a code is automatically applied by the system (usually multiple purchase discount) but can be over-ridden by placing multiple single unit orders or manually by us over the phone. In all cases, watches ordered within an hour of each other will ship in the same package.
