The watch took 8 days to be delivered a distance if 3 hours. USPS is a disaster and sent it to three states before delivery.
The parent app is not intuitive but more importantly, never works. Every function results in an error about the watch not being available even if they are inches apart.
The low battery alert triggers after 5-6 hours of simply being turned on with no usage.
We activated on the T-Mobile network since that is what we use for our cell phones. We have strong 5G coverage so signal is not an issue. Settings are all correct per support instructions.
Beautiful concept, horrible execution. I missed the return period with health issues so we're stuck with it.
Only bright side is that my little one enjoys being able to push a button to call me when she's out playing with friends. The comfort it provides her is the only real positive.

Took one star off because of delay in receiving discount code. It was sent the to me the next day while I was expecting it in an instant message! Also, we had issues downloading the images for the optional bands.
Looking forward to receiving this watch, hope is works as advertised .

Didn't have service in my area. The service provider is terrible and it took forever to set up and not a local phone number. It would be better if we could choose our service provider. Battery life sucks. Not great directions on features. Would be nice if could update off wi-if too.
