Band broke after one use. Told would send replacement which has not come in over 2 weeks. Old to 'just wait little longer.'

Company still has a lot of work to do working out the kinks within their software and their customer service has been terrible because you can hardly ever reach anyone for help. When I did speak with someone he was able to troubleshoot and fix some of the issues ... Other issues I was told I would receive a call back and never have.

This watch would be AMAZING if all the features would work....but they don't... Or only do sometimes. Customer service has been helpful with this... When you can actually reach someone. I think this company still has some work to do developing their product and needs to improve their software and app that goes along with the watch. I planned on returning it but I'm so hopeful to work out the kinks and issues we're having and my seven day limit is almost up so I'm going to choose to stick with the watch and hope the company follows through with promises of contact and help(so far their supervisor was supposed to contact me last week and still hasn't and someone was supposed to contact me last night and still hasn't. One HUGE step to improvement would be their customer service department.... You need to be available to help your customers or people aren't going to want to be customers!!!

Customer service was great. They were super helpful and very prompt. Got me my missing sim card to me very quickly! I just don't know how to make the battery last longer. It barely lasts long enough for a full day at school. Any suggestions how to make it last longer?!

You’ll still be able to set it up your Angel Watch™ over wifi in the meantime and get most of the functions, while indoors over wifi until your SIM card arrive.

The SIM card is not included in the box but rather packed separately (for US customers only).
If this was not the case and it was a packing mistake on the line, of course we would be happy to send you a replacement one for free.
