I had a code for free installation but it wouldn't work :( the code was NZINSTALL - it was advertised on your website today so it was disappointing that it didn't work in the evening.

The only downside is the wheels which dont work as I thought they would as they continually slip off.

Fantastic product backed up by outstanding customer service. Assembly was easy, although installing the rods did take a bit of effort. one very happy family here would highly recommend a Springfree for anyone looking to purchase a trampoline

Hands down the best trampoline on the market, easy to assemble although the rods to take a bit of work. Can’t speak more highly of the service we received and the trampoline was delivered early! Since I ordered after the cut off date for Xmas delivery, the video clip and letter from Santa supplied by Springfree was a fantastic touch and is an example of their fantastic customer service. My son is in love with his Springfree, even his grandparents had a go!

Springfree were prompt with our order, so our mokopuna had their trampoline for Christmas! The installer was on time, very quick and capable and polite. Springfree are a little more expensive than some other trampolines, but you get what you pay for, and we are so happy with it, as it is extremely safe, and can take a very big weight...which means adults can jump with kids! Highly recommend them. Enjoy!!!

This small round trampoline is a huge hit with our mokopuna, who are only 2 and 4years old. It made an excellent Christmas gift. In our whanau there are three sets of grandparents, and we all chipped in to contribute towards the total cost. It meant each couple paid $400, and the kids got a $1200 trampoline!! Much better than a load of plastic toys etc . And it will last them quite a few years. We researched what trampolines were on the market, and Springfree came up with the best safety and also can take quite a big weight, which means adults can jump with the kids. It was a prompt purchase and I saved myself the delivery fee, by going and collecting it from the warehouse in Mangere. We had an "installer" erect it for us, and he was prompt, very polite and capable. Only one little drawback, is it did not include a solid ladder. We could have purchased a flexible ladder, but I did not feel the 2 year old would manage that. Altogether we are very happy, and would recommend the Springfree.

I opted to have the trampoline installed through Springfree and I'm so very glad I did. In next to no time, the trampoline was set up by a very capable and efficient worker. I was very impressed with the sales process. All of my questions were answered and the Sales people showed great customer service. This was a very rewarding purchase experience.

The Springfree medium oval trampoline is amazing. It has fantastic bounce and the unique design is a much appreciated safety feature, as my child cannot be hurt by falling onto the springs.
