I like how you've given options about installation and postage etc based on my address. However, it'd be useful if you had said installation was an option when browsing the website. I was so worried about installing it myself and was so relieved to see it was something which could be purchased. You need to promote this can be done right up front, it'll entice more buyers I bet.

I was impressed with the prompt followup and service with the trampoline arriving reasonably earlier than expected. I really liked that the order was confirmed by a followup phone call. The freight company were great and accommodating. Also I have found the website and videos very informative. I'm yet to install the trampoline as it is a surprise present for in a weeks time.

The online purchase was an extremely process to follow, and easy to complete. A secure feeling throughout. The delivery time was only a few days, when I was expecting up to 10 so was pleasantly surprised. The only two negatives I would have to say was 1. There were no available people to pay to set up the tramp in the Hawkes Bay area, and that the demonstration videos were not easy to follow, and did not mention to use the extension arms on the small poles, which would have made our job a lot easier as we were trying to stretch the mat over on to the poles, using the extension part would have been great - only found them by accident on the last two. It may have been stated on the video's but we missed it if it was! It took five of us nearly 3 1/2 hours to put up - I would recommend paying the $155.00 as is offered in some areas!!!!!! :)
