most pads seem to fall off the skin after a couple of hours , buy not these. I find that if you place with the wire hanging down your shirt doesn't seem to drag the pad off. I play golf and if I clean my skin with alcohol and place the pads right, they stay on all day even though I sweat a lot. These are the only pads I use, though I have other brand in my desk but don't use unless I don't have the good ones.
