this is the ONE thing that has been able to stand the test of time with the kids. Pool table, air hockey, and fusball all sit unused most of the time, and from youngest to oldest, the springfree trampoline gets hours of use every single day and has for the last 2 years. It is silent which is important in our small suburban yard, and much safer than other trampolines out there. The ONLY reason we give it 4 stars and not 5, despite our love of this trampoline, is because the assembly is an absolute nightmare. The technical writers for the instruction manual leave much to be desired and the instructions are downright cryptic at points,requiring educated guesses, which if are incorrect will result in having to go back an undo steps. Further, the actual strength and manpower needed to put it together is remarkable. Not possible without a couple really strong adults. Overall, this has held up for thousands of hours of jumping by our 6 kiddos and multiple neighbors, and we needed to order a new mat. Assembly the first time a few years ago was rough, and taking the old mat off to put the new one on was not much easier. Once it's done though, I'd give this trampoline 10 stars!

Great product. Love the bounce. Excellent design and overall buying experience. Installation, despite excellent instructions and videos, was significantly tougher than expected. Requires two strong adults. My 13 year old and I struggled. Would have definitely paid extra for white glove installation service.

everything was great except the automated zip code checker didn't work at first and I wasn't able to manually enter my city and state. Had to go back out and start over and then was able to place my order. Almost gave up.

Using the video and the directions, the trampoline was not as difficult to set up as I had feared it might be. The children love it and spent hours day one, even into darkness. I like that it is probably the safest I could get, and that all the children like playing on it. Replaces the electronic toys for number one on their lists.

Had items recommended on same page but doesn't say if I need them or not. Couldn't find any further description--only would know if one had a clue about trampolines, which I don't. Notify if I need them, please. One place says hoop included, another had place for code. Hope I get one with order

We purchased this trampoline for our son's 4th birthday. We spent a lot of time researching and deciding on a trampoline. Springfree is the trampoline we felt was best for our family and we are super pleased and happy with this purchase! In a perfect world, Springfree would be made in the USA and the user weight recommendation would be higher. In this circumstance, however, quality, safety, size, accessories and appearance (especially safety and quality), outweighed what we felt were negatives. Like I said, we are very pleased with our trampoline and I am relieved that when we invite friends to come over and play, as long as the recommendations and warnings are followed, I have a pretty clear conscience about providing a safe place to jump and play. Thank you!!

We absolutely love our trampoline! We assembled it ourselves (great directions given, but the springs are a bear) and wouldn't do that again, but it's been a great experience ever since! Our 8 yo spends at least an hour a day (even in rain and snow!) on the trampoline and we've recommended it to two other families. It really has been a game changer for our family; we can't remember how we survived without it!

So glad that we decided to go with this trampoline. . . it is completely awesome!! It is loved by our four children Oliver 18, Joseph 14, Cate 11, and Gabriella 8 years old as well as by ALL their friends. Mom especially loves the exercise she gets while jumping too.
