We love the Trampoline and our grandsons have only got to play on it a few times due to the COVID-19, (that is who we really bought the trampoline for). But with the social distancing, my husband and I have used it to exercise and to keep our spirits lifted as we look forward to the day that we can enjoy this gift all together.

We purchased our Springfree Trampoline for our grandsons and they love it! We would recommend this product to anyone that wants an excellent built Trampoline with many safety features and the opportunity to add additional products such as FlexrHoop basketball hoop and tgoma-an outdoor interactive Smart Play experience.

We held off buying a trampoline for years. With the recent extension of the quarantine restrictions, we decided to bite the bullet and we could be happier. The trampoline is so well built and nicely packaged. The instructions are clear, and spring free has made some well produced videos to make it even easier. Our customer service experience has been top notch from the first interaction. I understand that this trampoline is more expensive than other brands, but I can say without a doubt that it stands on its own! Great company. Great product. Would buy again in a heartbeat! Wish we had done it earlier!

We inquired what the "catch" was with the warranty being that we live in Texas in the hot, hot sun. I was most concerned about the fabric when we purchased this unit. We have four kids so we got the largest one at the time, loaded, with the video console pouch, hoop, etc. We had it installed on Christmas eve so they would see it Christmas Morning. It was great. Then in the spring, only a few months later, we had the typical spring storms. The hoop was destroyed and the gaming holder torn. We didn't race to submit the claim due to the extensive warranty. CATCH - the hoop is only warrantied for one year. Accessories are not included, AND, if it is wear and tear apparantly not included, either. They said it wasn't damaged out of the box so NOT COVERED. There you go. You can get a much lower cost unit if it isn't going to last OR be covered by the "warranty." "The component would not be covered under warranty as the damage is past the warranty period and would not be considered an out-of-the-box manufacturers defect. Should you wish to purchase replacement parts, our team would be happy to provide you with a quote."

This trampoline is the best one my kids have ever jumped on. The look is nice and the jumping is so enjoyable to them. We love the fact that is weather proof and that there is a 10 year warranty on it. I would recommend this trampoline to everyone I know.

I went into the local springfree store to order mine. They were flexible with delivery and were able to accommodate my schedule. The 2 boys that delivered also send texts before they came. The whole process was easy and simple. Thank you.

Because of poor communication from Springfree, we were not able to have installed until 2 weeks after Christmas (which made for some very disappointed children. We are happy with the trampoline, but I would not recommend if you are on a timeframe. I also had difficulty getting in touch with customer service, and they were unwilling to do anything to help other that say they would pass on remarks to their third party installer.

Springfree product is excellent. However our kids grew up so we resold it. Unfortunately the Springfree recommended disassembly company is a complete sham. They tried to claim to our buyer that the disassembly never happened (false, it's sitting in our garage waiting to get picked up) and insisted (after disassembly was complete) to our buyer that they should buy a new one instead b/c moving the trampoline is not a good idea. This the the company that Springfree RECOMMENDS to do the disassembly. In addition that company has extremely rude customer services agents who have zero knowledge about Springfree trampolines. I suggest Springfree finds a different company to recommend b/c this one is tarnishing their brand. The disassembly company is called GoConfigure. Be wary as it looks this company also does furniture disassembly. I'd run not walk.

The whole process from beginning to end was great. I first saw the trampoline at Franklin's farmer's market and got the general manager's business card. Once I finally contacted him and we started to communicate, everything was seamless. He explained everything i needed to know and answered all my questions. He even followed up immediately. The next day he came ready to go and got me all set up. My daughter loves the trampoline and she's bouncing away in it pretty much everyday. It was a great buy and value to keep her busy and away from the TV. I appreciated the great customer service and speedy installation and delivery.

We live in Minnesota, and this trampoline has survived 4 cold winters and hot summers without tears, rips, or decrease in jumping quality. It still gets used daily, sometimes just as a space to hang out. It is a big attraction for the neighborhood and friends with kids. Totally satisfied and pleased with this purchase.
